Vibration Weakens Friction

When someone is chest-to-chest and clamping you down, a common reaction is to try to bench-press them off. That works when you have a strength advantage, and sometimes that’s not enough.

Think smaller.

Instead of a big bridge or a big push, use quick, tiny pulses break the seal between your chest and theirs. You’re trying to create the smallest gap. You just need enough for a hand or forearm to slide in. Once that wedge is in place, pulse again and make the gap wider. Then add your second frame. Little movements, then wedges, then space.

Break the stillness and the grip weakens and space opens up. Disrupt it and see if your escapes get a little easier.
