If you have a missing technique, you start by adding it, sloppily.
If you have sloppy technique, you can improve the technique.
It’s easy to stick with what you know and be comfortable. But if you want to improve, expect that it’ll be a bumpy road. It’s rare anyone gets it right away. And for those that do, they’re at a disadvantage because they may actually believe that they got it.1
