What makes your favorite partner your favorite? If you don’t have one, why not?

Who enjoys practicing with you? Do you care? Should you?

At every school, the are students that others like to practice with, and students that others don’t. I know a couple of black belts with bad reputations, and they have fewer training partners available because they’re known as dangerous, unfriendly, and/or unhelpful, but most are those that most like. If you want to get to black belt, it’s easier when more people like you than hate you.
