I am Alex Lam.

I train at Ryron and Rener Gracie’s Gracie University in Torrance. My primary instructor in group classes and private lessons is Alex Stuart. If you train there, you may know me as your favorite training partner. 😁

I started teaching at Gracie La Puente in 2012 until the school relocated to San Dimas in 2019. I then taught there until June 2022.

Now, you’ll find me teaching at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu La Palma.

I’m a black belt and have been teaching since blue.
